Delivery and returns
Posted promptly, packed properly, and returnable if it is not right.
Orders are packed and posted as quickly as possible once payment has cleared. You will be told when yours goes out.
Everything is sent boxed or pouched, so it arrives ready to give as a gift if that is what it is for.
If a piece is not what you expected, get in touch within fourteen days of it arriving and it can be returned unworn and in its packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.
Sealed fragrance can only be returned unopened, with the seal intact.
